Daniel Wellington has a new watch! You may have noticed I already own a couple of Daniel Wellington’s timepieces. So when Daniel Wellington told me they had a new watch debuting this spring, I was thrilled! The new Daniel Wellington petite collection features the classic Daniel Wellington watch face we have all grown to love, in a smaller, more demure size. Love!

Although I already own a black watch in the larger, classic size, I decided to go for the petite version in black too. My classic watch is black with rose gold, so for the petite version I chose black with silver. I love the contrast of black with silver; it is extremely classic!

Petite watches were all the rage back in the 1990s. According to the runways, and the streets, the ’90’s have a little bit of influence over our current trends, so, it is only natural that smaller watches re-enter the watch scene. They offer vintage appeal, while still remaining timeless. It’s all about petite!

The Daniel Wellington Petite watch collection is fabulous for anyone who wants to rock the hottest trend in watches; or has a small wrist and feels like the larger watch face overwhelms their arm. My petite watch keeps the same, accurate time as my classic watch, with the same luxurious look and feel I expect from a Daniel Wellington watch. Love that!

What happened to our summer weather? I wore this outfit on Mother’s Day, expecting it to be a warm day, and instead, it was freezing! Despite the non-May-like weather, Mother’s Day turned out to be fun!

We started the day off by attending mass as usual. Then, my Mom came over and we all went out for brunch at a restaurant named “Hult’s” located in Los Gatos. They had a prix-fix menu which was delicious! We were definitely stuffed!

I had planned to do some yard-work in the backyard after brunch, but I was waaaaay too stuffed to do anything! So we ended up watching the Warriors game on television, and just relaxing at home. It was a nice way to spend Mother’s Day, but the yard-work still needs to get done! I’m at a point where I might just pay our gardener a little extra to get it done. My weekends this spring have been busy crazy; I haven’t had a free weekend to get anything done around the house. Have you ever had periods of time like this?

One of my favorite perfumes is LaVanila. When I found out they also made a body butter, I was thrilled! The fabulous thing about LaVanila’s products isn’t just the amazing scent offerings, it is the fact that their products are made from organic ingredients, and not harsh chemicals. Love that!

As a Mother of three, I care a little bit about what I put on my skin, but it is the skin of my children I care A LOT about. This means that I need to be extra careful with their skin since they are young, and what I do to their skin now will last a lifetime.

Summer is upon us, and living in Northern California means my kids will have plenty of outdoor time now, and throughout the summer months. Their skin will take a beating from sun, sticky sunblocks, chlorinated pools, the beach, and more. After they take a bath or shower, I want to be able to nourish their skin, and mine, with something free of harsh chemicals, and made from organic ingredients. I am so happy to be able to use LaVanila Body Butter on their skin!

Not only is the LaVanila Body Butter made from organic ingredients free of harsh chemicals, it actually works to hydrate skin; love that! We all end up with well-nourished skin after using it; especially after a day in the sun or the pool when our skin gets visibly dry.

I am quickly going through my LaVanila Body Butter in fresh vanilla lemon, so when I replace it, I want to try out one of the other scents. They all sound so good! I think vanilla coconut is calling my name to try next; doesn’t it sound perfect for summer!!
