Outfit inspo spring neutrals

Outfit inspo spring neutrals: mocha dress / pink earrings / spring nail polish / lipstick / east/west bag / espadrilles /

Since Mocha Mousse is the color of the year, I am having fun mixing shades of mocha and neutrals. In addition, pale pink has been declared the color of the season, therefore, pops of pale pink are fun to add to any mocha inspired ensemble. Love!

Pink and mocha naturally play well together, so it’s no wonder they are both hot color trends right now. I love this classic dress which can easily be dressed up for the office or worn casually with sandals or espadrilles. I love to wear it casually. Plus, it’s very affordable at under $50. Love that!

Spring nail polish, neutral handbags, shades of mocha, and wide leg jeans are what’s hot this week! Of course, they are hot this season, and this year too! Love that!

Keep investment shopping and sticking to classic styles in neutral hues this spring season. Pops of seasonal color are fabulous to add to your wardrobe this season too. I love all the spring nail polish colors, especially this blue topcoat which I have been wearing non-stop. It’s amazing!

Hopefully the weather warms up soon and we start to feel like spring around here! Stay tuned for more spring coverage!!

Spring 2025 fitness routine

pictured: cycle studio Bay Club Courtside /

Now that spring is here, I have tweaked my weekly fitness routine to fit into my schedule and also optimize my time. Last year, I gained some weight back that I had lost a couple of years ago; to the tune of ten pounds. Ah! It was my fault for eating sugar and not doing enough weight training at the gym. So, this season, I am going to make sure I get my weights in and also refrain from added sugar. This should take care of that pesky ten pounds!

It is important to mix cardio, interval (HIIT), and weights into your weekly fitness routine. This keeps your workouts balanced and effective. Cardio is good for your heart, weights are good for strength and bone density, and interval is good for metabolism and fat burn. Therefore, a good weekly mix is perfect!

Now, without further ado, here is my spring fitness routine!

Monday: BodyCombat

Tuesday: 30-minute walk, stretch, rest

Wednesday: Cycle class (cardio)

Thursday: Strong Nation (HIIT)
