Fall is getting closer! It’s time to start stocking up on suede, sweaters, and fall nail polish. Love this!

Also, we have been getting a lot of fog lately which has made the mornings feel fall-like. So, I am really needing fall to be official! Just a few more weeks. . .

As we head into the fall season, keep investing in quality over brand name and look for timeless style you can wear season after season. Overly trendy styles and logos are still very far out. I mean really far out there, you can’t even see them on the horizon. They’re waaaaaaay out.

This fall season is all about quality, soft fabrics, shades of green, suede (groundbreaking for fall right? haha), and cozy sweaters.

While I would expect a lucky charm theme in the spring season tied to St. Patrick’s Day, using the theme for a fall beauty collection works too since green and pink are both hot colors for the fall 2026 season. So, I guess I’ll play along!

For the fall 2026 season, Dior is giving us a warm pink and fun, dazzling greenish hue. While pink is the hot, nail polish color of the moment, an avant-garde version of green is fun too. I mean, our nails want to have a little fun sometimes.

As usual, two coats of color and one base coat are enough to create a smooth and even manicure using Dior’s fall nail polish collection. I have to admit; I really love this pink! It’s chic, and it just feel right when it’s on.

Fall fitness routine

As we head into the fall season, I am slightly varying my fitness routine. I have found I need to add more weights and core into my weekly routine. I had every intention earlier this year of doing weights on top of cardio a few times per week, but I wasn’t able to stick to that routine. So, I have put together a new routine mid-year which is easier for me to stick to.

The step class and core classes incorporate weights, so there are more weights in this routine than meet the eye.

In addition to fitness, I need to cut the sugary snacks. I had every intention at the start of the year to do exactly that, but I fell into the ice cream trap as soon as the weather warmed up. Sooooooo, I am back in the saddle, and I have cut out the ice cream and desserts. This is my current routine, and I am sticking to it!

  • Monday: Step + Core + Weights
  • Tuesday: Pilates
  • Wednesday: Spin
  • Thursday: BodyCombat
  • Friday: Spin + Core + BodyPump
  • Saturday: rest
  • Sunday: Spin

Well, that’s my current routine. I will stick to it this time! Wish me luck!
