Chanel’s 2025 holiday beauty collection is here! In this cosmic beauty collection, Chanel has given us two unexpected nail polish hues for the holiday season, Alchimiste and Cosmique.

Normally during the holidays we see nail polish hues in shades of red, metallics, greens, and the like. This season, Chanel is giving us a deep, dark purple and an orange-red metallic. Quelle surprise!

I have to admit, I am in love with Chanel Cosmique. Since Chanel didn’t give us fall nail polish colors, this hue is perfect to wear right now and throughout the cold weather season. It’s perfect for winter too! Love! I feel like it can be festive for the holidays with a sparkling top coat in gold glitter or silver glitter. Hmmmmm. . .

For Chanel Alchimiste, we have an orange-red metallic which glides easily from fall into the holiday season. It is bright and very notice-me!

For both holiday nail polish colors, I used one base coat, and two coats of color. No streaking! Love that!

So, without further ado here are the two Chanel nail polish colors for the 2025 holiday season.

Some Like It Hot! Broadway San Jose

wearing: sunglasses / statement earrings / sweater / black pants (similar here) / nail polish / belted tote / black boots (similar) /

About last night. . .

Last night we attended opening night of “Some Like It Hot!” hosted by Broadway San Jose. It was such an amazing production! I love the music, the costumes, and the comedic moments. It was such a fun show!

We arrived early in order to enjoy a glass of wine before the show. It was so nice to go out on a weekday-it breaks up the week! haha, love that!

There’s nothing like Broadway. So, I love that fact that we have traveling Broadway shows right here in San Jose in a beautiful venue known for its architecture. I highly recommend catching “Some Like It Hot!” before it travels away!

You can find ticket info at BroadwaySanJose.com.

Thanks for stopping by, and be sure to catch the show before it leaves San Jose!

Fall fitness routine

Fall fitness outfit from left: sweatshirt / holiday nail polish / black top / black leggings / earrings / water bottle / backpack / sneakers /

It’s fall! This means moving my workouts mainly indoors and working hard to stay on track. In addition, my fitness gear is getting a little bit cozier so I can properly warm up for my workout.

When temperatures go down, I like to have a cozy sweatshirt and longer leggings so my muscles stay warm and aren’t stiff when my workout begins. It helps to be warm for warm-up! Also, it is good to switch up your workout sneakers every six months in order to ensure proper fit and support. Loving these new sneakers from Nike!

As far as my workout routine goes, it isn’t much different from summer with the exception of sticking to inside fitness versus hiking and outside walks.

  • Monday: BodyCombat (cardio)
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: Spin (cardio)
  • Thursday: HIIT (Cardio and strength, interval)
  • Friday: POP Pilates (Strength and core)
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Spin, BodyPump, Core (cardio and strength)

Well, that’s my fall fitness routine and I try hard to stick with it. If weather permits, I will try to throw in something outside; especially on a Saturday.

I hope you have a fabulous fall fitness schedule and stay warm!

Thanks for stopping by!
