Chanel Fracas nail polish for spring 2013 review

Chanel Fracas is a new, bright pink nail polish hue from Chanel for spring 2013. This vibrant shade of pink is in line with the continuing bright color trend for spring 2013 and makes a great alternative for Fashionistas who find pastel pink to be a little too sweet for their taste.

Pastels, bright colors and neon hues are hot for spring 2013. When it comes to nails, the color trends are in line with apparel. Bright shades of pink are hot for spring 2013 so it is only natural that a bright shade of pink would work for the upcoming warm weather season. Chanel’s Fracas is the perfect nail polish color for the bright color trend in spring 2013. The bright pink hue feels like a candy color and has a very slight orange undertone.

We tested Chanel Fracas with one base coat and two coats of color. The polish stayed on nicely and did not chip for seven days. We even washed dishes without gloves to test the durability of Chanel Fracas nail polish; and of course the nail polish survived! Love that!

Chanel Fracas nail polish for spring 2013 can be found at Chanel boutiques and counters nationwide. Happy shopping, and stay fabulous

New 80’s bracelet from Twisted Silver is the ultimate staple

Twisted Silver has done it again! Today, the Bay Area jeweler has released a beautiful, silver, flat chain link bracelet which is fabulous worn alone or stacked with other bracelets. This amazing new piece is named the “80’s Bracelet.”

Bracelets are arguably the hottest piece of jewelry for 2013, and the new 80’s bracelet from Twisted Silver is the perfect complement to the many 1980’s trends from the runways which have hit the streets. Let’s face it, many of today’s hottest trends are from the 1980’s. Bright colors, neon hues, candy colored high heels, bold jewelry; all of these were hot when Molly Ringwald ruled the silver screen.

Jewelry in the 1980’s was chunky and bold; and chain links were the ultimate form of metal. Gold and silver chain links were everywhere in the 1980’s. While this classic look toned itself down in the 1990’s and at the beginning of the new millennium, Fashionistas everywhere have been flocking back to larger chain links lately which were hot before cell phones were even imagined.

The new “80’s Bracelet” from Twisted Silver is the perfect way to rock this hot trend. The flat chain links make the bracelet comfortable and easy to wear. In addition, the flat links also make the “80’s Bracelet” from Twisted Silver easy to stack with other bracelets. Love this!

Twisted Silver’s new “80’s Bracelet” debuts online today at twisted-silver.com and is priced at $40. Use coupon code INSIDERS for a 15% discount.  Happy shopping, and stay fabulous
